Fred’s hairstyling journey began in the vibrant barbershops of Southern Europe, where he honed his craft and developed a deep passion for the art of grooming. Moving to the U.S. in 2016, Fred founded Handle Bar Men’s Salon in White Plains, bringing a fresh sense of barbershop hospitality to the area and quickly establishing himself as a respected name in men’s grooming. His emphasis on blending traditional techniques with modern styles earned him a loyal following.
Building on his success with Handle Bar, Fred is now expanding his vision with Greenwich Beauty Lounge, where he introduces a full range of luxury beauty services. With a commitment to precision, client care, and high-end service, Fred is dedicated to transforming Greenwich Beauty Lounge into a destination where clients can experience the best in beauty, style, and pampering. His ability to combine community-driven service with a refined approach to beauty makes him a standout figure in the industry.
Rafaela
Rafaela brings over 13 years of dedication and passion to the beauty industry, establishing herself as a master stylist and colorist with a global perspective. Her journey began in Greece at just 18 years old, where her natural talent for hair styling and coloring quickly blossomed. Driven by a desire to expand her knowledge and refine her skills, Rafaela moved to Tampa, Florida at 25, spending two pivotal years at Bela Nova Hair Salon. There, she honed her techniques and began building a loyal clientele who admired her creativity and precision.
At 28, Rafaela made the bold move to New York City, where she joined VB Studio NYC and immersed herself in the fast-paced world of cutting-edge beauty trends. Her time in New York allowed her to perfect her expertise in advanced color applications, highlighting techniques, and precision haircuts, making her a sought-after stylist in the industry.
As a master colorist at Greenwich Beauty Lounge, Rafaela specializes in creating transformative looks with her expert color blending, highlights, and balayage techniques.
